We made every efforts to make our customers enjoy the best shopping experience and one such effort is our easy option to returns and refunds.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as bill, package and product images or an unboxing video.
Regular priced items and sale items both can be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Since we do not give color options on most of our products, we cannot exchange the product for a color change. The following are exempt from refunds : Gift cards and some health and personal care items.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Products that work with special adhesive stickers, if the sticker is damaged by you or it is no longer usable. After checking the condition of the product we may or may not provide partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within same day of approval.
Mode of payment refund
For prepaid orders : mostly to be done in your original mode of payment, sometimes we can ask you for your wallet account like paytm or upi id. You can also provide the bank details for NEFT or IMPS option.
For COD orders : the amount will be refunded in your wallet account like paytm or upi id. You can also provide the bank details for NEFT or IMPS option.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
We try our best to refund your payments without any delays. But in case you have still not received your payments then kindly first check your bank account again or your paytm wallet or upi app.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address Shop #7, Sharafali Building, Pais street, Next to V.K Industries, Mumbai – 400011.
You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please see, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 working days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How will I (the customer) return the product?
For most of the pincodes we have reverse pickup where you have to go nowhere. Just print the manifest we gave you and hand over to our pickup partners. Please pack the product well and don’t forget to includes all the original accessories that came along.
For pincodes that are not serviceable under reverse pickup, you can ship from your nearest courier service and share the tracking with us.
