- In most cases, a return order will be picked up from your delivered location at no additional cost. If in case the order cannot be picked up we may tell you to ship from any of your local courier service, the charges will be borne by us.

- If the refund window has been closed by our payment gateway partner then we may ask you for your Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm number, bank account or UPI ID.
- Return Shipping:
- We will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In cases where the return shipping cost matches the order amount. We will refund the order amount and won’t initiate the return.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt as proof of return. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
- Exchanges:
- For items that got damaged in transit, has a size issue or factory defect, we will exchange it straight away.
- We also provide In store exchange and returns.
- No Colour Options:
- Exchange or return policy is not applicable for changing item colour unless you bear the two-way shipping cost or want to visit our physical shop in Mumbai.
- Non-Refundable Items:
